Birch Hill Suites Extended Stay Hotel! We aim to make your stay comfortable and
enjoyable. Please familiarize yourself with our hotel policies outlined below:
PETS:
We welcome non-aggressive dog breeds in our pet-friendly suites.
A non-refundable fee of $75 is applicable for up to 2 dogs per suites.
An additional fee of $10 per day, per suites will be charged.
Guests must register their dogs during check-in.
Failure to register a dog will result in a $75 fine or eviction.
FRONT DESK HOURS:

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in is 3:00 PM (local time) and check-out is 11:00 AM.
A valid government photo ID is required for check-in.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of your arrival at 3:00 PM. Failure to cancel by 3:00 PM 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of the first night, plus taxes.
There is a $45 late check-out fee.
Renewal is by 11:00 AM. There is a $10 fee if not paid by 11:00 AM.
PAYMENTS:
Payments are collected in advance.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
SMOKING:
Smoking is permitted only outside the building and in designated smoking suites.
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking suite.
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS:
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the parking lot.
Guests are advised to keep suite doors locked.
Guests and visitors must adhere to all local and federal laws.
Non-compliance with laws or hotel policies will lead to immediate eviction, with forfeiture of any
unused stay.
HOUSEKEEPING:
While we do deep clean our extended stay suites between every guest, we only offer regular bi-weekly cleaning services for long-term guests.
During check-in, we will notify you about the time of your scheduled cleanings. If you need more frequent cleaning support, please notify us and we can inform you about our pricing.
